Section A.

You hereby grant Ancient Of Days Jubilee Network (hereby referred to as (A. D. J. N.) in perpetuity, the irrevocable right and license to record, broadcast, and exploit the music video identified below (the “Video”) on “Ancient Of Days Jubilee Network” throughout the world (including but not limited to all stations, and networks operated by (T. O. G. O.) Such broadcast rights include without limitation broadcast by terrestrial television, satellite, cable, apps, as well as every other form of television transmission or broadcast available now or in the future.

Broadcast rights also include Internet streaming on the A. D. J. N. website. You warrant and agree that A. D. J. N. will not be required to make any payment to you or any other third party in the exercise of the rights granted herein and you hereby acknowledge that you shall receive valuable consideration in the form of broadcasting the musical artists featured in the video.

Section B.

You represent that you have the full right and authority to grant to A. D. J. N. full and unrestricted broadcast rights and Internet use—as stated in Section A—to the Video and that our exercise of such rights shall not constitute an infringement of any copyright, civil, personal, or property right of any third party. You further warrant that you have secured all consents, licenses, clearances of every kind necessary to permit free and unencumbered broadcast of the Video on Ancient Of Days Jubilee Network.

Section C.

It is understood and agreed that Ancient Of Days Jubilee Network shall have no obligation to broadcast your Video and that the decision with respect to the same shall be determined in our sole discretion.

Section D.

All videos can be submitted in any suitable format electronically and should be the best HD quality possible, via the Music Video Submission Form below. “Ancient Of Days Jubilee Network” does not claim any rights or ownership of videos submitted by Artist/Company and reserves the right by permission of the Artist and Artist personnel to showcase their recorded works to our target audience for promotion of
